Born in Durban ( Umlazi), South Africa in a traditionally rich Zulu heritage, Mlungisi was raised by a family highly influenced by Gospel music. At the age of 7, Mlungisi started performing in the choir at the Assembles of God Church. It was here that he received his recognition as a young artist. He performed extensively around Durban throughout his schooling days and acquired a lot of skill and experience in his field as a performer. After high school, Mlungisis journey began when he
