Sera Nampijja Born in 1991 Dead 31 august 2012 has died at the age of 21. She was a sweet, beautiful young talented singer that Uganda and the whole world will miss. Sera is the third Ugandan artist to pass away since this year started. First it was Fred Maiso and later Mr.X who died at the end of June. Rest In Peace Sera.
